Week 16 of the 2022-23 NCAA men’s basketball season concludes on Sunday, February 26, 2023, as the UCF Knights take on the Tulsa Golden Hurricane in this American Athletic Conference clash at the Reynolds Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. 

This is the second meeting between these teams this season. The Knights defeated the Golden Hurricane on February 11, 96-52, easily covering the 14.5-point spread. The total was set at 141.0 for that contest. UCF is favored by 12.0 points with the total set at 139.0.

South Florida jumped out to an eight-point halftime lead and then held on for the 82-75 victory. Ithiel Horton hit nine of 18 shots, including 7-14 from three-point range to finish with 28 points.

UCF is ranked 67th in the KenPom rankings. They are averaging 109.9 points per 100 possessions (91st) while allowing 98.0 points per 100 possessions (50th). This is a very good team defensively, allowing 66.5 points per game and 42.4% shooting. However, they have not been as good in the conference, allowing 71.1 points per contest while opponents are shooting 45.2% from the field.
