Week 16 of the 2022-23 NCAA men’s basketball season is in full swing on Thursday, February 23, 2023, as the UC-Riverside Highlanders take on the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors in this Big West Conference clash at the SimpliFi Arena at Stan Sheriff Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.
