As far as recent history goes, Tulane has a great shot at extending its impressive run. While these two AAC schools have only met three times over the years, the Green Wave have won the last two meetings by a combined score of 86-29.
Having said that, Tulane's offense hasn't been as strong as it was when the season first began. It's only averaging 23 points per game, but that could all change against a South Florida defense that has given up 31-plus points in three of its last four games.
The Green Wave's defense is also a top-12 unit in the nation and should feast against the Bulls' inconsistent offense. South Florida QB Gerry Bohanon also has s ix interceptions on the season, which bodes well for Tulane after recording two picks in its last outing.
