Cincinnati cruised to a 72-54 home win over Detroit Mercy in their most recent game last Wednesday, covering the line as a 13-point favorite. In the all-time series between the teams, the Bearcats own a 29-16 advantage but the Green Wave picked up a 68-60 road win in the most recent matchup on January 1, 2022.
