The Troy Trojans and Arkansas State Red Wolves face off on Saturday in a college football showdown at Centennial Bank Stadium. When these two teams faced off in 2020 it was Troy that secured the 38-10 victory.
Troy comes into this game with a 9-2 record and they have gone 8-3 against the spread. In the last game against Louisiana-Monroe the offense had another strong game scoring 34 points, and that led to the victory. In the last game against Texas State only gave up 16 points in the last game, but the offense only managed 13 points. Quarterback James Blackmon completed 22 of his 40 passes for 237 yards, one touchdown, and zero interceptions. Arkansas State is averaging 25.6 points while their defense is giving up 29.9 points per game. On the season Blackmon has thrown for 2,251 yards, 14 touchdowns, and two interceptions.
