Two teams looking to take some positive momentum into the NBA All-Star break meet in the Pacific Northwest when the Portland Trail Blazers (27-28) host the Oklahoma City Thunder (26-28). Portland currently holds the tenth seed in the Western Conference, while the Thunder are just a half-game behind and in pursuit of a berth in the play-in tournament. Oklahoma City won both of the previous meetings between the two teams earlier this season.
