In Saturday night NBA action, the Toronto Raptors will invade Ftx Arena to battle the Miami Heat. This will be the second of a back-to-back on the road for Toronto, who was unable to make the plays down the stretch of a 109-105 loss against Brooklyn last night. All-Star F Pascal Siakam poured in a game-high 37 points to go along with 12 rebounds and 11 assists. Fred VanVleet added 18 points, nine assists, and seven rebounds for the Raptors.'
The Miami Heat have made deep postseason runs in two of the last three seasons and have the talent to do it again. On Friday, Miami trailed by 12 points entering the fourth quarter and never made a serious run during a 111-104 home loss versus Boston.The Heat (0-2) were outrebounded by a 43-36 margin and allowed the Celtics to shoot 52 percent from the field.
Tyler Herro led five Miami players in double figures with 25 points on 10-for-21 shooting and grabbed six rebounds. Bam Adebayo added 19 points and eight rebounds in a losing effort for the Heat.
