The Toronto Maple Leafs (19-6-6, 44 points, 2nd Atlantic) will be looking for their 10th win in 12 games when visiting the Washington Capitals (15-13-4, 34 points,  6th Metro) on Saturday. Toronto was defeated by the New York Rangers 3-1 on Thursday, which snapped the four-game winning streak of the Maple Leafs. Washington was defeated by the Dallas Stars 2-1 on Thursday which snapped a five-game winning run for the Capitals. Toronto has an extensive list of injuries that include Kyle Clifford, Carl Dahlstrom, Calle Jarnkrok, Jack Muzzin, Morgan Rielly and Victor Mete amongst others. Washington's injury list is extensive as well, including Nicklas Backstrom, Connor Brown, Carl Hagelin, Darcy Kuemper and Tom Wilson amongst others.
