Tom Kim U.S. Open Prediction 2023

Tom Kim has only played in the U.S. Open once, having just made his tournament debut last year. Although he didn't come out on top, Kim still had an impressive performance, finishing 23rd.

Kim kicked off the 2023 PGA TOUR in a big way, winning the Shriners Children's Open in his first event of the season. He's had three more top-10 finishes since then but hasn't come as close to winning. Kim's recently been trending in the wrong direction, though, failing to make the cut in each of his last two outings.

After last year's solid U.S. Open performance, I'll go with Tom Kim making the cut at -136 odds as the best bet. Had he been playing better recently, I'd be comfortable with a finish position bet, but getting cut twice back-to-back – with one instance being at the PGA Championship – makes him difficult to trust.
