In addition to our below player props, make sure you read our NHL predictions for today’s big games.

Gabriel Vilardi over 0.5 points (-130)

The Jets are 14-5-1 in their last 20 games with all 6 losses being narrow losses. Tonight, they face a Red Wings team that has dropped 6 out of their last 7 games. This game looks good for the Jets and if they are able to stay hot, look for Gabriel Vilardi to continue to be in the mix. Vilardi had a career best 23 goals with the Kings last year and is following that up well this year.

Despite missing some time due to injury this year, Gabriel Vilardi been productive. He has tallied 5 goals and 5 assists for 10 points in 12 games. In his last 5 games, Vilardi has 8 points including 7 points in his last 3. With that, he has been rewarded with top line duties along with Mark Scheifele and Nikolaj Ehlers, along with top power play duties with those guys plus Josh Morrissey and Cole Perfetti. Wednesday's matchup sets up well for Vilardi and the Jets to continue rolling.

Quinton Byfield over 0.5 points (-130)
