Texas comes into this matchup ranked fifth in the country and in prime position to earn a top spot in the NCAA Tournament. On Saturday, the Longhorns improved to 20-5 on the season with a 94-60 dismantling of West Virginia at home. Sir'Jabari Rice led Texas with 24 points in the team's largest ever margin of victory over West Virginia. The 20-5 start is the team's best start since 2010-11. Texas is also now 13-4 since Rodney Terry took over as head coach. Texas went 10-of-18 from 3pt range and forced 20 turnovers in the win.
