Texas Tech at Oklahoma State – 2/8/23 College Basketball Picks and Prediction

The Texas Tech Red Raiders will head up to Stillwater to meet the Oklahoma State Cowboys in Big 12 action from the Gallagher-Iba Arena on ESPN+. Oklahoma State leads the all-time series, 48-24, after winning four of the last five meetings.

Texas Tech fell to 12-11 after losing to Baylor State in Waco. The Red Raiders were blasted by the Bears in the second period, and they’d fall by 27 points. Texas Tech is scoring 82.3 points per game, while allowing 65.1 ppg, and shooting 48.6% from the floor.

Texas Tech came back down to earth after being blown out by Baylor, and they’ll look to avoid falling back to .500 here. The Red Raiders are 1-9 in Big 12 play, with a 1-5 road record. Fifth-year forward Kevin Obanor caught fire and closed January with three 20-point performances, and he leads TTU in scoring (15.3), while rebounding (6.3). Former Oregon guard De’Vion Harmon scored 20 points against Baylor, and he’s second on the team at 12.8 ppg.
