Texas A&M at Arkansas – 1/31/23 College Basketball Picks and Prediction

The Texas A&M Aggies will head up to Fayetteville to face the Arkansas Razorbacks in SEC play from the Bud Walton Arena on ESPN2. A&M and Arkansas were once rivals in the Southwest Conference, and the Hogs lead the all-time series, 61-47, but they’ve traded each of the last eight games.

Texas A&M jumped 15-6 after beating Vanderbilt in College Station. The Aggies responded to a small halftime deficit, and came back to defeat the Aggies by six points. Texas A&M is scoring 74.6 points per game, while allowing 66.1 ppg, and shooting 45.2% from the floor.

Texas A&M has really come to play this season, and after winning nine of their last ten games, they’ve got all of the momentum to come through in a hostile environment here. Wade Taylor IVs scored an efficient 20 points in the win over SC, and he leads A&M in scoring (14.8) and assists (4.2). Tyrece Raford joins him in the backcourt, and after exploding for a season-high 30 points in the road win over Auburn, he’s averaging up to 13.6 ppg and 5.3 rpg. Henry Coleman double-doubled in wins over SC and Mizzou, and he leads A&M in rebounding (5.8), while scoring 10.1 ppg.
