Temple at La Salle – 11/30/22 College Basketball Picks and Prediction

The Temple Owls will head 15 minutes up the road to take the La Salle Explorers in Big 5 action this Wednesday. La Salle and Temple have faced off in every year since 1991, with the Owls holding a daunting 32-8 series lead.

Temple is 3-4 after a win over Drexel Sunday. The Owls defeated their inner-city rivals to snap a two-game skid with a big performance from Khalif Battle, and picked up their second Philly-based victory of the season. Temple is scoring 70.6 points per game, while shooting 43.2% from the floor, and 35.6% from deep.

Temple is powered by the dynamic duo of Damian Dunn and Khalif Battle. Dunn has led the team in scoring through the first three contests, and he scored 22 points in the win over Villanova, then followed it up with a career-high 38 points versus Vanderbilt . Battle has hit three triples in six of seven games, and scored a game-highs of 26 points against Richmond, and 25 in the win over Drexel.. UCF transfer Jamille Reynolds is thriving up front in Philly, double-doubling in the win over Nova, as well as a 15-point, nine-board showing versus Rutgers.
