Oklahoma State finished the regular season 9-4 SU/7-6 ATS, but where it thrived was as an underdog. The Cowboys were 4-2 SU and ATS when catching points, and one of those wins came as a double-digit underdog to Kansas State. Oklahoma State finds itself in the role of the underdog once more in a game against Texas A&M and given the state of the Aggies’ roster there seems to be a high probability the Cowboys can pull off one more upset.
At least 12 key players for Texas A&M are either in the transfer portal, or have opted out of this game against Oklahoma State. The skill positions were hit hard with the transfers of quarterback Max Johnson, second-leading wide receiver Evan Stewart and tight end Jake Johnson. Leading receiver Ainias Smith has decided to forgo the bowl game as well in order to prepare for the NFL Draft. Seven role players for the Aggies’ defense are also gone to either the portal or the draft.
