Tuesday is expected to be a bullpen game for the Rays with reliever Josh Fleming scheduled to start. Last season Fleming went 2-5 with a 6.43 ERA and 1.89 WHIP in 10 appearances. The Rays were 7th in MLB with a 3.36-team bullpen ERA in 2022 and has a 1.90 ERA to start this season.
