The pitching has been strong all season, but the offense has been inconsistent. The Rays are averaging only 4.19 runs per game which is 21st in the league. On the other side of this matchup is the Astros who sit with a 102-55 record overall and they had won three games in a row before losing on Friday. Overall this season the Astros are giving up only 3.25 runs per game which is second in baseball. The offense has also been good, although it didn’t look that great on Friday. Kyle Tucker has hit 29 home runs and driven in 104 RBIs.
