The Tampa Bay Rays and Boston Red Sox face off on Saturday in an MLB showdown at Fenway Park. On Friday it was the Red Sox that were able to secure the 9-8 victory.

On the other side of this matchup is the Red Sox who sit with a 61-65 record overall and they had lost five games n a row before winning on Friday. Overall this season the Red Sox’s pitching has been a big issue giving up 4.83 runs per game which is 25th in the league. The offense has been inconsistent this season, but on Friday it looked good.
