Here we go again in proving how NFL teams view running backs. The Minnesota Vikings'could have paid four-time Pro Bowl running back Dalvin Cook around $10 million this season, fairly reasonable for someone of his talent, but simply waived him instead. Is tight end T.J. Hockenson'that much more important to the offense? The Vikings signed the two-time Pro Bowl tight end to a long-term extension on Thursday, potentially using some of those Cook savings.
