The Syracuse Orange will travel to Tallahassee to take on Florida State Seminoles in ACC play from the Tucker Center on ESPNU. Syracuse and Florida State have faced off 15 times, with the Orange holding a series lead of, 9-7.

Syracuse moved to 14-10 after beating Boston College at home. The Orange responded to having their five-game winning streak snapped by pouncing on BC early, and holding on to cover the 10-point spread. Syracuse is scoring 74.5 points per game, while allowing 70.5 ppg, and shooting 47.1% from the field.

Syracuse stopped the bleeding with the win over Boston College, and they’ll look to win consecutive road games for the first time in conference play here. The Orange are 7-6 in ACC play, with a 4-4 road record. Four-year starter Joe Girard III has thrived in a bigger role this season, and after scoring 18 points in four of the last six games, he’s up to a career-best 16.6  ppg. Freshman guard Judah Mintz has been strong alongside him in the backcourt, and after 20-point outings from UVA and VT, he’s up to 15.4 ppg and 4.4 apg. Senior center Jesse Edwards sets a tone in the paint, and he’s one of the top rebounders in the country at 10.1 rpg, while scoring 14.0 ppg.
