Stewart Cink U.S. Open Prediction 2023
While Stewart Cink put together some impressive U.S. Open runs early in his career, this isn't the late 1990s/early 2000s anymore. The 50-year-old veteran hasn't even come close to sniffing a respectable finish at the U.S. Open in a long time, placing T40 or worse in each of his last eight appearances, most recently missing the cut last year.

Cink's 2023 PGA season has also left much to be desired. He's only made the top 25 once in 17 events thus far, which was all the way back in January. Since then, Cink has finished T41 or worse in 10 of the subsequent 11 events. Adding insult to injury is the fact that he was cut six times in a row at one point during that stretch.
At the end of the day, there's no reason to bet on Stewart Cink this week. Although his long odds might look appealing, there's little reason to believe that he can shock the golf world this week after making the cut just once in his last five majors.
