Head coach Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes (4-2) look to take another step towards bowl eligibility when they host the Stanford Cardinal (1-4) on Friday night at Folsom Field in Boulder, Colo.. The Buffs needed a field goal in the final seconds to defeat Arizona State 27-24 last week. Quarterback Shedeur Sanders threw for 239 yards and a touchdown and also rushed for a score in the win. The Cardinal are coming off a bye and lo oking to snap a four-game losing streak. They lost to Oregon 42-6 in their last outing. Colorado is 3-2-1 against the spread under Coach Prime. Two-way standout Travis Hunter (liver) is listed as questionable, but is expected to play.
