St. Louis vs. Massachusetts (UMASS) Prediction, Preview, and Odds – 1-4-2023

An Atlantic 10 showdown tips off in Amherst, Massachusetts at the William D. Mullins Memorial Center on Wednesday when the St Louis Billikens (9-5, 1-0 A-10) visit the UMass Minutemen (9-4, 0-1 A-10). St Louis defeated the St. Joseph’s Hawks 83-78 on Saturday in the opening game of their A-10 schedule. Gibson Jimerson was the leading scorer for St Louis with 22 points. UMass was defeated by Saint Bonaventure on Saturday in their first game of the A-10. Nick Kramer and Daniel Rivera are out, while Javonte Perkins is questionable for St Louis. UMass will play without Wildens Leveque and Ta’Quan Woodley, while Rahsool Diggins is questionable.

The Saint Louis Billikens are scoring an average of 76.8 points per game which is 88th in the nation. St Louis has a field goal shooting percentage of 44.5% and a three-point shooting percentage of 32.1%. Gibson Jimerson is the leading scorer for St Louis with an average of 13.4 points per game and the guard is shooting 42.3% overall and 35.6% from long range. Yuri Collins is the second leading scorer with an average of 12.0 points per game but is shooting only 40.1% overall and 24.1% from behind the arc. Collins is the leader in assists with an average of 10.6 dishes per contest. St Louis averages 16.9 assists and 11.8 turnovers per game.

St Louis is averaging 41.4 rebounds per game and allowing an average of 31.6 boards per contest The leading rebounder for St.Louis is Francis Okoro with an average of 9.1 boards per game.
