The St. Louis Blues are coming off Saturday’s 4-1 defeat at the Arizona Coyotes. It was their third loss in five games, and the Blues have gone 4-5-0 over their previous nine outings at any location. They outshot the Coyotes 32-22, but Connor Ingram had a big game between the pipes.

Joel Hofer patrolled the crease last Saturday and yielded three goals on 21 shots. He fell to 5-4-0 on the season, holding a 3.04 GAA and a .901 save percentage. Jordan Binnington is projected to guard the cage Monday in Las Vegas, and he’s 7-6-1 with a 2.98 GAA and a .910 save percentage.

The Blues score just 2.91 goals per game (25th in the league). They are tied with the Chicago Blackhawks for the second-worst power-play percentage in the NHL (7-for-70), and the Blues desperately need more from their special teams. Their penalty-killing percentage of 79.3 ranks 17th in the league.
