The War on I-4 will rage on in Orlando when the South Florida (USF) Bulls (11-16, 16-11-0 ATS, 4-10 American) travel to take on their in-state rivals, the Central Florida (UCF) Knights (15-11, 13-12-1 ATS, 6-8 American) for the second time this season. When these teams met a month ago on January 21, USF walked away with an 85-72 win at home despite entering the night as 3.5-point underdogs. It marked a seventh straight win for the home team in this series. That bodes well for UCF, who gets to host in Addition Financial Arena this time. The game is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. EST. It will be the final battle for these schools as in-conference rivals.

USF outrebounded UCF 41-30 when they beat them in January, something they'll hope to replicate. The Bulls have the second-best rebounding margin in the American conference this season at +3.0 per game. It's the greatest strength for a team that's 141st in the nation per KenPom. It likely won't get them in the NCAA Tournament though, barring the Bulls winning the American Conference Tournament.

Games like Saturday night's prove why. Despite outrebounding Tulane 46-31, USF lost at home by 18 points. The Bulls only hit 39.3% of their shots, while the Green Wave made 49.3% of theirs. The Bulls also committed 16 turnovers, 12 more than their opponents. Freshman Ryan Conwell poured in a career-high 20 points to lead them in scoring.

The Bulls shoot decently well, knocking down 45.0% of their shot attempts which is fourth in the American. They hit 33.7% of their threes, also fourth in the conference. They play at a fast pace, leading to 73.0 points per game, fifth among American schools.

While their offense shoots well, their defense allows foes to do the same. Only one team in the American allows opposing teams to hit threes at a higher clip, as the Bulls allow 34.8% from beyond the arc. Overall, opponents shoot 43.3% against them, eighth in the conference. They give up 72.7 points per game.
