On their way to success or failure, Europe's giants face off on another top football weekend. Here are our soccer best bets from the Serie A, La Liga, Bundesliga, and other big leagues based on the best soccer odds.

Fresh from playing against their archrivals Real Madrid in the Spanish Cup, Barcelona return to La Liga action with another big match on Sunday. Barca will host Valencia, who find themselves in a highly complicated situation in the standings. Real Madrid travel to Sevilla to face Betis, a Champions League contender.

In the Italian Serie A, AS Roma vs. Juventus and Napoli vs. Lazio will set pulses racing, while the Dortmund vs. Leipzig clash in the Bundesliga could well confirm BVB as a serious title contender alongside Bayern Munich.

Here are our best soccer bets from Serie A, La Liga, Bundesliga, and other top leagues (odds via& nbsp;BetMGM and FanDuel Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Top soccer picks

When Bayern comes visiting, Stuttgart freezes. The Bavarian giants won the last 12 matches they played at Mercedes Benz Arena. The clashes between these two are usually high-scoring, with over 2.5 goals being recorded in the last eight direct matches across all competitions and there have been more than 3.5 goals between these two in their previous six direct games.

Historically, it's goals galore when these two meet and we expect more of the same this weekend.

Inter won their previous eight home matches against Lecce. The last two visits to the San Siro ended in tears for the Southerners. They lost 4-1 and 4-0 respectively.

Despite letting points slip in Bologna last weekend, Inter's l eague form allowed them to climb to second in the table, only behind virtual champions Napoli. But Milan, Lazio, and AS Roma are dangerously close, so any setback could cause slips on the league ladder. Inter conceded just six goals in their 12 home matches this season, so Lecce should really come up with something special to trouble Nerazzurri's net. Simone Inzaghi's men are the big favorites to record a comfortable win this weekend.

Borussia Dortmund have won their last seven Bundesliga matches and now sit second in the table. Only the goal difference separates them from league leaders Bayern, as Dortmund look ready to go all the way in the chase of their first title in 11 years.

RB Leipzig are not doing too poorly themselves, climbing to fourth in the standings thanks to recent results. Leipzig developed a fierce rivalry with Dortmund since they were promoted to the Bundesliga, so this match will have a special aura attached to it.

Winners of their last three games against Dortmund in every competition, Leipzig have never faced Dortmund in a moment similar to the one they're going through right now. Given their form, their attacking flexibility, and the chance they have to dispossess Bayern of their almost eternal domestic crown, added to the home advantage, Dortmund look well-equipped to keep the three points on Friday evening.

It's 17 places in the table, 37 points and a 37 goal-difference separating Barcelona and Valencia as they go head-to-head on Sunday evening. Barcelona haven't been convincing in the league lately and have been knocked out of the Europa League by Manchester United. But they do come after a 1-0 El Clasico win over Real Madrid in the Spanish Cup which surely changed moods at Camp Nou.

Against relegation-threatened Valencia, Barcelona will look to put pressure and make their opponents suffer as much as possible. Valencia look like the perfect victim. They won just once in their last eight official clashes, losing against the likes of fellow relegation strugglers Getafe and Valladolid in the process.

Barcelona are seven points clear at the top of La Liga and looking to extend their lead even more. With much action expected inside Valencia's box, a parlay i ncluding goals and corners, added to a Barcelona win, seems like a convincing option.
