Siena at Niagara – 1/13/23 College Basketball Picks and Prediction

The Siena Saints will head to Lewiston and face the Niagara Purple Eagles in Metro League play from the Gallagher Center on ESPN2. Siena holds the all-time series lead, 26-21.

Siena improved to 11-5 after defeating Rider in Albany. The Saints and Broncs traded leads throughout the contest, but the host would pull away late to secure the five-point victory. Siena is scoring 74.1 points per game, while allowing 73.1 ppg and shooting 45.5% from the floor.

Siena came away from non-conference play with victories over Florida State and Seton Hall, and after winning six games in a row, they look like real contenders in the Metro League this season. Javian McCollum has played big in year two, and after scoring 23 in the win over St. Bonnie’s, he leads the Saints in scoring (16.1) and assists (3.8). Jackson Stormo scored 24 points last time out against Rider, and he’s second on the team in scoring (14.3) and rebounding (5.3).
