Seattle Kraken vs. Vegas Golden Knights Prediction, Preview, and Odds – 4-11-2023

Seattle Kraken (45-26-8) vs. Vegas Golden Knights (49-22-9)

The NHL betting action goes on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, with the Seattle Kraken facing off against the Vegas Golden Knights in the Pacific Division showdown at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the puck drop is set for 10:00 PM ET.

Seattle and Vegas lock horns for the third time in 2022-23 after splitting the first two contests of their four-game regular-season series. The Golden Knights open as slight home favorites, so let’s take a closer look.

Monday’s games have been excluded from the analysis, and the Seattle Kraken visited the lowly Arizona Coyotes, searching for their fifth consecutive victory. Over their previous four outings, the Kraken have defeated the Chicago Blackhawks 7-3, Vancouver Canucks 5-2, and the Arizona Coyotes twice, 8-1 and 4-2.

Last Saturday, Seattle trounced the hapless Blackhawks as massive -365 moneyline favorites on the home ice. Seven guys found the back of the net for the Kraken, Jamie Oleksiak had three assists, while Martin Jones yielded three goals on 18 shots.

Martin Jones had to exit the Blackhawks game due to a minor injury and was replaced by Philipp Grubauer, who posted 11 saves in the third period. Grubauer was confirmed for Monday’s battle against Arizona, and it’s unknown who’ll patrol the crease Tuesday in Las Vegas.

The Kraken have already clinched the playoff spot and will earn the top wild card in the Western Conference. They are fourth in the NHL in goals for (3.58 per game) and 14th in goals against (3.09).
