EPL pick today: Liverpool vs Crystal Palace – Both teams to score – Yes (-140), 2:45 pm ET
Despite being reduced to 10 men and trailing 2-0, Newcastle put up plenty of resistance against Liverpool and was unfortunate not to score, registering an expected-goals figure of 2.09. It was only the second shutout in 11 Premier League road games for Liverpool and its defense was in shambles against Madrid.
Crystal Palace on the other hand, is inconsistent and winless in 7 games, but can show up well against the EPL's top clubs.
