MLB pick today: Minnesota Twins -1.5 over Kansas City Royals (+100), 4:10 pm ET

Minnesota has a clear pitching advantage, and their offense was obviously the superior squad on Opening Day. For that reason, backing the Twins on the run line will be the play.
