The Arizona Cardinals play host to the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday in an NFC West showdown from State Farm Stadium. The 49ers have already clinched the division but want to keep their winning ways going and extend their five game winning streak. For Arizona, they seem destined for a top pick in the draft but after grabbing a win two weeks ago before going on bye, they might be able to build on some of that momentum. The 49ers have won three straight in this series, including a 35-16 drubbing back in October, as they look to replicate that performance in this one. On any given Sunday anyone can grab a win in this league, which ensure fans will want to tune in.

The NFL season may be winding down, which only adds to the importance of finding winners by using our NFL predictions!

San Francisco came into the season expecting to build off of last year's strong performance but even their fans have to be excited for the 49ers to be 10-3. After putting together five straight wins, including taking down the Eagles on the road, they seem to be in the driver's seat now for getting the one-seed in the NFC. It helps that they have one of the most favorable schedules as they close things out but will want to make sure they keep momentum going in the right direction. Having to go on the road in the NFL is always a challenge but with three straight road wins, San Francisco remains a heavy favorite. Not only do they have plenty of talent but they have depth as well to go with it. Against a team like Arizona, both of those should shine through as this elite group continues their winning ways.

Even despite the wins, the injuries do remain a concern for this group going forwar d. The defense especially is beaten up, with a pair of safeties having already been ruled out. Arik Armstead (foot) is questionable as well, joining Charvarius Ward (groin) on the injury report with that same designation. n the offensive end though, things look bright.

Known for the defensive side of the ball, the offense has been elite this season. They rank second in the league in yards and first in yards per play, leaning heavily again on a strong ground game. The passing game has evolved as well and while they are last in pass attempts per game, they are third in total passing yards. Brock Purdy is putting together an elite season, while he might be battling his own teammate in Christian McCaffrey in the MVP race. It doesn't hurt that they have the best receiving trio in the league to lean o n too. Add in a defense that is top ten in nearly every category and the sky is the limit for this team as the postseason quickly approaches.
