The San Diego Toreros are three games below .500 in the WCC thus far this season and any chance of winning the regular season crown have long since vanished. The Toreros can still play the role of spoiler for the rest of their schedule. San Diego has lost four out of six games heading into this matchup but do come off a big win over Loyola Marymount in its last game. Trailing by 10 points on Saturday to the Lions, the Toreros went on an 18-0 run in the second half to pull out a surprising home win. Marcellus Earlington led the way with 30 points and added six rebounds. Deuce Turner added 20 points and five assists to help lead the comeback. San Diego shot 54% from the field in the win and this includes 42% from 3pt range and 27-of-33 from the charity stripe.

San Diego has one of the best scoring offenses in the country, including the second best offense in the WCC. The Toreros are also eighth in the WCC in 3pt field goal percentage. San Diego is ranked third in the WCC in fewest turnovers per game. On the defensive side of the ball, the Toreros rank ninth in the conference in scoring defense. They are just 10th in 3pt defense. On the glass, San Diego is just eighth in the conference in total rebounding.

Key Injuries: Eddie Williams Jr. is questionable, Jaiden Delaire is questionable and Jase Townsend is also questionable. The trio combines for 37 points per game for San Diego so their availability is important.
