Saint Joseph's vs Dayton Prediction – Basketball Picks 3/9/23

The St. Joseph’s Hawks and the Dayton Flyers face off on Thursday in the Atlantic 10 tournament in a college basketball showdown at the Barclays Center. When these two teams faced off on January 4th it was Dayton that secured the 76-56 victory.

On the other side of this matchup is Dayton who sits with a 20-11 record overall and they are coming off another loss in the last game. In the last game against Saint Louis, Dayton scored 61 points and they ended up losing by four points. DaRon Holmes II finished with 13 points and six rebounds. Dayton is averaging 69 points while their defense is giving up 60.8 points per game. Dayton isn’t an elite offensive team, and to find the success they need strong defense here. DaRon Holmes II is averaging 18 points while shooting 59.2 percent from the field.
