Saint Joseph's at St. Bonaventure Prediction – Basketball Picks 2/26/23

The St.Bonaventure Bonnies will host the Saint Joseph’s Hawks in Atlantic 10 play from the Reilly Center on the USA Network. St. Joe’s leads the all-time series, 50-33, but St. Bonaventure’s has won the last eight meetings.

Saint Joseph’s fell to 13-15 after losing to VCU in Philly. The Hawks were outscored by double digits in both halves by the Rams, and they’d end up falling by 25 points, 88-63. St. Joe’s is scoring 72.0 points per game, while allowing 71.7 ppg, and shooting 42.8% from the field.

St. Joe’s has dropped their last three games and they’ll look to right the ship before the season closes. The Hawks are 7-9 in A10 play, with a 4-6 road record. SJU plays through the strength of their backcourt, and they’re led by Erik Reynolds II. The sophomore guard has scored 21 points in three of their five last five games. Second-year guard Lynn Greer III has also scored 20 points or more in three of the last five games, and he’s posting a nice line of 11.7 ppg, 4.9 rpg, and a team-lead 4.1 apg. Four-year starter Cameron Brown leads the Hawks in rebounding (6.1), while scoring 13.5 ppg.
