Once Upon A Time In Las Vegas – Championship Sunday

The Rider Broncs (10-9, 7-10 ATS, 5-12 O/U) collide with the Fairfield Stags (10-10, 12-7 ATS, 8-11 O/U) in a MAAC battle on Sunday afternoon. The Rider Broncs are targeting a fifth straight win. They are playing outstanding defense in the winning streak. Rider beat Manhattan by a narrow 67-65 score last weekend and were 2.5 point favorites in a dominating 68-52 road win against Marist on Friday night. Rider has not lost a game since January 8th which occurred against a good Siena team. The Broncs are sporting a 7-3 mark in MAAC play and have covered the spread in two out of their last three road games.

The senior guard collected 14 points on Friday night and has delivered an average of 16 PPG on a 42% efficiency from the field. The Broncs are marked 198th in the country in Ken Pomeroy’s ratings and are 4-5 on the road including the win against Iona. Rider is scoring an average of 69.2 points on the year, landing them 243rd. The defense is clicking, allowing 68 or fewer in five straight games and limiting opponents to 67.1 points, placing them 122nd in the country.
