Baltimore is 2-7 straight up in the last nine games that Jackson has missed and the offense tends to suffer when he's sidelined, averaging just 13 points during his latest five-game absence.
Meanwhile, the Bengals boast the seventh-best offense (26.1 PPG) while their plus-10.7 scoring margin at home ranks third-best in the NFL. Although the Ravens' plus-2.3 margin on the road is tied for No. 7, they're also a minus-5.5 in their last four away contests.

Meanwhile, the Ravens are 2-6 ATS in their last eight games against the division and have failed to cover the spread in five of their last eight games. In other words, unless the Bengals have forgotten how to play football, covering the spread shouldn't be an issue.
