The oldest MLB ballpark is Fenway Park, home to the Boston Red Sox. Fenway Park opened on April 20, 1912, and Hugh Bradley hit the field’s first home run just six days later (April 26, 1912).

The newest MLB ballpark is the Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Field, which held its first game on July 24, 2020. The field’s first home run was hit by the Rangers’ Joey Gallo two days after opening (July 26, 2020).
