It's expected to be backup goalie Jaroslav Halak (10-8-3, 2.68 goals-against average, .905 save percentage) in net for the Rangers, but New York still holds the upper hand.
Devon Levi is set to make his professional debut for the Sabres after posting a .933 SV% over 34 games with Northeastern University in 2022-23. Buffalo could also be without budding star Tage Thompson, who's facing a game-time decision due to an upper-body injury.
