Rangers vs Canadiens Prediction – NHL Picks 3/9/23

The New York Rangers and Montreal Canadiens face off on Thursday in an NHL showdown at the Centre Bell. When these two teams faced off on January 15th it was Montreal that secured the 2-1 victory.

In the last game against the Carolina Hurricanes, they were competitive, but they ended up losing 4-3 in a shootout. Michael Pezzetta finished with a goal and an assist. Montreal is averaging 2.69 goals while their defense is giving up 3.56 goals per game. The offense is ranked 28th in the league while the defense is ranked 27th. Nick Suzuki has scored 21 goals and added 28 assists so far this season.
