Soriano vs Kopylov Prediction
On paper, Soriano and Kopylov have experienced similar MMA careers. They're both 9-2, have lost two of their last three bouts and are coming off KO victories. Having said that, I do like Soriano a bit more heading into Las Vegas as his losses both came by decision, whereas Kopylov submitted to Karl Roberson in his UFC debut.
Soriano also lands more significant strikes per minute (3.95) on better accuracy (47%) than Kopylov, who averages 3.44 on 44%. Kopylov should still provide a hard-hitting challenge, but the fact that Soriano also absorbs fewer strikes shoul d give the latter more of an advantage.
