The Portland Trail Blazers and Phoenix Suns will tangle on Tuesday at Footprint Center. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. PT.

Portland (3-10 SU, 5-8 ATS, 6-7 O/U) lost 134-91 to Oklahoma City in its last game and Phoenix (7-6 SU, 5-7-1 ATS, 9-4 O/U) beat Utah 140-137.

The Suns are 13-point spread favorites and the game total is 225.5 points.

Blazers: G Anfernee Simons (thumb), C Robert Williams III (knee), PG Scott Henderson (ankle), PF Ish Wainwright (knee), and SG Malcolm Brogdon (hamstring) are out.

Suns: G Damion Lee (knee) and G Bradley Beal (back) are out. G Yuta Watanabe (quad) is questionable.

The Trail Blazers are led by SF Jerami Grant (22.0 PPG and 4.1 RPG) and SG Shaedon Sharpe (17.7 PPG and 5.6 RPG). The off-season acquisitions of PG Malcolm Brogdon (17.3 PPG and 5.5 APG) and C DeAndre Ayton (12.2 PPG and 11.0 RPG) haven't worked out as they hoped, and third-overall pick Scott Henderson has been limited to five games.
