The Panthers were knocked off by the Tennessee Volunteers 34-27 in their last game. The Broncos’ last game was a 37-30 win over the Ball State Cardinals. Against the Volunteers, Kedon Slovis led the Panthers with 195 yards on 14-of-24 passing (58.3%) for one touchdown and one interception. Israel Abanikanda rushed for 154 yards on 25 carries (6.2 yards per carry) and one touchdown, adding one reception for 21 yards. Gavin Bartholomew had five receptions for 84 yards (16.8 per catch) and one touchdown against the Volunteers. Jack Salopek’s showing for the Broncos against the Cardinals included 25-of-43 passing for 230 yards, one touchdown and one interception. He rushed seven times for 30 yards. Sean Tyler carried the ball 15 times for 108 yards and one touchdown. He caught two passes for three yards. Corey Crooms caught 10 passes on 16 targets for 102 yards (10.2 yards per reception), and scored one touchdown.

The Panthers are favored by double-digits (10 points) over the Broncos. The total is set at 49.5 points.
