Pittsburgh Penguins at Edmonton Oilers – 10/24/22 NHL Picks and Prediction

The Pittsburgh Penguins and Edmonton Oilers face off on Monday in an NHL showdown at Rogers Place. When these two teams faced off in April it was the Oilers that secured the 5-1 victory.

The Oilers come into this game with a 2-3-0 record overall and they are coming off a loss in the last game, The defense wasn’t awful giving up only two goals, but the offense couldn’t find the back of the net and that led to the defeat. The defense is ranked 23rd overall, and that can be improved upon.

On the other side of this matchup is the Penguins who sit with a 4-0-1 record overall and they are coming off another big win in the last game. The Penguins scored six goals against the Oilers and secured the victory. Sidney Crosby had another big game finishing with one goal and two assists.
