Pitcher Prop Prediction 1: Jordan Montgomery Over 17.5 Recorded Outs (-140)
Newly acquired Texas Rangers starter Jordan Montgomery has been lights out since joining the team with a 1-1 record, 3.00 ERA and 11 strikeouts across 12 innings of work.
On the season, Monty is 7-10 with a 3.88 ERA and 119 strikeouts across 133 innings of work. He has recorded 18+ outs in his last five starts as well as 10 of his last 11 outings.
He has yet to face the Los Angeles Angels this season but current Halos bat 16-60 (.267) with five home runs against him. The Angels are also coming off a series against their division rival Houston Astros where they scored only eight runs across three games.

Pitcher Prop Prediction 2: Touki Toussaint Under 15.5 Recorded Outs (-165)
Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Touki Toussaint is 1-5 with a 4.27 ERA and 47 strikeouts across 46.1 innings in time split between starting and relieving in 2023.
He has fallen short of 16+ outs recorded in 5 of his 8 starts on the season. He did face the Chicago Cubs in a relief appearance on July 26th and pitched a clean inning with three groundball outs.
However, the Cubs lineup has been raking against right-handed pitching as they #1 in both on-base percentage and wRC+ over the last 30 days.
They are coming off a series where they won two of three games against the Toronto Blue Jays while scoring 15 combined runs in the process.
The key to this play being worth the juice is the White Sox bullpen being completely fresh for this two-game series.
They only needed two innings from the pen behind seven innings from Dylan Cease in their last action on Sunday. They had Monday off and have another scheduled day off on Thursday after this short two game set.
The Pale Hose won’t overextend Toussaint and if there is any sign of trouble, he will get the quick hook. Combine that with the Cubs lineup that has been crushing righties and we have the perfect recipe for under 15.5 outs.
