Panthers at Blues Prediction – NHL Picks 2/14/23

The Florida Panthers and St. Louis Blues face off on Tuesday in an NHL showdown at the Enterprise Center. When these two teams faced off on November 26th it was the Blues that secured the 5-4 victory in overtime. 

Florida comes into this game with a 26-23-6 record and they have gone 11-15-3 record away from home. The Panthers did face off with the Minnesota Wild on Monday night. On Saturday against the Colorado Avalanche, the Panthers gave up five goals and they ended up losing by two. Florida is averaging 3.45 goals while their defense is giving up 3.44 goals per game. The offense is ranked 6th while the defense is ranked 23rd in the NHL. Matthew Tkachuk finished with 27 goals and added 46 assists. 

On the other side of this matchup is the Blues who sit with a 24-25-3 record overall and they have gone 11-12-2 at home. In the last game against the Arizona Coyotes it took overtime but they were able to secure the 6-5 victory. Pavel Buchnevich had a strong game finishing with three assists. The Blues are averaging 3.06 goals while their defense is giving up 3.63 goals per game. Jordan Kyrou had a strong game finishing with 23 goals and adding another 26 assists so far this season.
