Santa Clara is coming off a bad loss and they look to get back in the win column hosting a Pacific team that has dropped their last three games.

Pacific had won three in a row before losing their last three games. they are 3-4 in West Coast Conference play and 10-12 overall.

Santa Clara had won two in a row, including a 92-81 road win over Pacific, before losing 17 points in their last game. They are tied with Loyola Marymount for third place in the WCC three games back of St. Mary’s, who they lost to in their last game. The Broncos are 4-3 in conference play and 16-6 overall.

In their last game Pacific was at home losing to sixth ranked Gonzaga 99-90 where the game was tied at the half. While they shot a solid 47.6% from the floor, they allowed the Bulldogs to shoot 58.7%. Five players for the Tigers went for double figures and led by two reserves, who are not averaging in double digits for the season in Jordan Ivy-Curry (17 points) and Nick Blake (16 points). Pacific did cover the spread as an 18.5-point favorite and they had failed to cover in their previous two games.

The Tigers are averaging 75.1 ppg and giving up an average of 75.9 ppg. They have given up at least 92 points in two of their last three games. Kylan Boone (11.9 ppg) had 15 points in the last game on 55.5% shooting after going scoreless in 12 minutes in the previous game. Luke Avdalovic (9.9 ppg) had 13 points in the last game after only totaling 14 points in the previous three games. Ivy-Curry (9.7 ppg) has scored in double figures in the last three games but is only shooting 38.7% on the season.
