Pac-12 opponents meet when the Oregon State Beavers (3-2) and the Stanford Cardinal (1-3) play on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Stanford Stadium.
The Beavers head into the matchup after losing 42-16 to the Utah Utes in their last game on October 1. The Cardinal are coming off of a 45-27 loss to the Oregon Ducks. Ben Gulbranson had 177 yards on 12-of-21 passing (57.1%) for the Beavers in that matchup against the Utes, with no touchdowns and two interceptions. Deshaun Fenwick ran for 44 yards on 10 carries (4.4 yards per carry). Tre’Shaun Harrison hauled in five receptions for 96 yards (averaging 19.2 per catch) against the Utes. Tanner McKee went 19-for-33 with 166 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions for the Cardinal against the Ducks. Casey Filkins put together a 19-carry, 80-yard game (4.2 yards per attempt), while also adding three receptions for 59 yards and one touchdown. Elijah Higgins caught six passes on eight targets for 44 yards (7.3 yards per reception), and scored one touchdown.
The Beavers are favorites by 7 points against the Cardinal. The total is set at 55.5 points.
