The Oklahoma State Cowboys are on the road as they travel to take on the Oklahoma Sooners Wednesday night. Oklahoma State rolled to an 82-60 home win over Ole Miss in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge Saturday in their previous game, covering the line as a 9.5-point favorite in the process. Oklahoma stunned #2 Alabama with a 93-69 home upset, winning outright as a five-point underdog, in their matchup in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge Saturday afternoon. In the all-time series between the teams, the Sooners own an 88-73 advantage but the Cowboys have won five of the last six meetings, including a 72-56 home win in the first meeting this season on January 18.

Oklahoma State won for the third time in four games as they rolled past Ole Miss in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge at home Saturday. The Cowboys improved to 12-9 overall and stand seventh in the Big 12 with a 3-5 conference mark on the year. Against Ole Miss, Oklahoma State took the lead for good less than two minutes into the game and was off to the races at that point. The Cowboys were up 11 at the half and then opened the second half with a 15-5 run to go up 53-32 with 14:03 to play. They weren’t seriously threatened the rest of the way. Oklahoma State shot 52.9% from the field, including six of 17 from three-point range, and won the rebounding battle 39-29. Kalib Boone led the way with 18 points in the win.

The Cowboys are putting up an average of 68.8 points per game on the offensive end of the floor, putting them 255th in the nation in scoring offense. Oklahoma State pulls down an average of 37 rebounds per contest while dishing out an average of 13.1 assists a night. The Cowboys have been above average defensively, surrendering an average of 63.1 points per contest, putting them 29th in the nation in scoring defense. Bryce Thompson is second on the team and is one of three players averaging in double figures with 11.1 points per game this season.
