Oak Hill Weather: Sunday Forecast for 2023 PGA Championship Round 4
Oak Hill Weather: Sunday Forecast for 2023 PGA Championship Round 4

The PGA Championship is well underway. As moving day comes to a close at Oak Hill Country Club on Saturday, the golfers are nearing the final stretch as Round 4 is scheduled for Sunday.

With big names like Brooks Koepka, Viktor Hovland, Scottie Scheffler, and Bryson DeCham beau all in the hunt, Sunday should make for an exciting day of golf.

Oak Hill Country Club Weather

Like any sporting event that takes place outdoors, the PGA Championship is susceptible to the weather. That was certainly the case last month at Augusta, where'inclement weather conditions'halted and delayed play several times during The Masters.

Due to its location in upstate New York near Lake Ontario, Oak Hill can be impacted by lake effects like heavy precipitation, cooler temperatures, and generally unpredictable weather. That can make navigating an already-challenging course even harder for golfers. And Oak Hill has proven to be a cou rse that doesn't need any added difficulty.

PGA Championship Weather Sunday Round 4

While Day 3 brought about some showers, luckily for the golfers, Sunday is expected to be all sunshine. The temperature is forecast to rise to the mid 70s and there is only a 10 percent chance of precipitation.

As long as this weather forecast holds we should expect to see the best possible play out of these players and deliver a thrilling final round.
