The Northwestern Wildcats continued their excellent non-conference season with a 56-46 win over DePaul on the road on Saturday afternoon. The Wildcats had to rally back from an early deficit and outscored the Blue Demons by 10 points in the second half to pick up their eighth win of the season. Four Wildcats scored in double figures in the game led by a game-high 16 points from Nick Martinelli. Martinelli took home the MVP in the annual Northwestern-DePaul in-state rivalry game. Ryan Langborg added 14 points with 5 assists, Brooks Barnhizer scored 11 points with seven rebounds and Boo Buie had 11 points, five rebounds, and four assists to support the Wildcats' attack. The Wildcats committed just eight turnovers in the game, winning the turnover battle for the ninth time in ten games this season.

Northwestern heads to ASU looking for the team's 9th win of the season. They are 155th in the nat ion in scoring offense this season.
